The World Customs Organization (WCO) and the European Union (EU) are partners in a project called “COLIBRI”, which aims to step up international coordination and efforts to combat organized crime and the challenges posed by cocaine trafficking in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as in West and Central Africa. The COLIBRI Project is part of the Global Illicit Flows Programme (GIFP) of the European Union. The Geoportal and its main features are developed within the framework of the Project and are entirely dedicated to the monitoring and control of General Aviation.
For the closure of the first two-year period of COLIBRI project operations, we were asked to make an explanatory video that would speak to the stakeholders and partners involved in the project but also present to possible new global partners the importance of continuing on the path taken with the COLIBRI 2 project.
